Cost/Charges

I usually charge the cost of the model/unit (as if purchased from GW/FW/Other).
So for example a unit of Terminators would cost you £25 to have built, based and painted.
All the armies I’ve taken to tournaments have won Best Painted Army awards, I paint to standard that pleases me, which is high!
Additional things like FW shoulder pads would be in addition to the cost, however basing would not be unless it was a major part of the model. Within this cost is any “small” conversions, the only cost for these is the bits, no additional charge.

For pure conversions or one off models, the same rules apply, half the cost of the model and bits used.

I can accept models in any condition, built or unbuilt, preferably unpainted. If they are painted then I will more than likely charge you for the cost of stripping the models (again simply the cost of the product).

Time Frame

I/You will allocate a time window/deadline for me to work to, I can’t guarantee that I will stick to the time window but I will do my hardest to do so. If I feel I will run over the dedicated time I will inform you prior to the deadline.

Payment

I ask for half the cost of the commission fee up front, this is to cover the costs of paints and primer/materials not supplied by you, by paying this you are “booking” yourself a time window in which I will work, when the project is complete you pay the second half and I post on the models! The first half is non-refundable and my preferred method is paypal.

Postage

I ask for you to pay the cost of postage (of your preferred method.). I will package all models suitably for transport and can’t be responsible for any breakages or loss, the type of postage (recorded, tracked etc) is up to you. Models are delicate, where as the postage system isn’t, breakages happen, luckily there’s a thing called glue to fix most problems!
