THE VANUS TEMPLE

My store is running a campaign during february, it starts at 500pts and increases every few weeks.

The inital 500pts is hard.. we’re only allowed fast attack alongside the mandatory 1 HQ and 2 Troops.

Here’s what I’ve come up with so far:

500 Pts – Necrons Roster

Total Roster Cost: 500

HQ: Destroyer Lord (1#, 140 pts)
   1 Destroyer Lord, 140 pts = (base cost 125 + Sempiternal Weave 15)

Troops: Immortals (5#, 85 pts)
   5 Immortals, 85 pts = 5 * 17

Troops: Immortals (5#, 85 pts)
   5 Immortals, 85 pts = 5 * 17

Fast Attack: Canoptek Wraiths (2#, 70 pts)
   2 Canoptek Wraiths, 70 pts = 2 * 35

Fast Attack: Destroyers (3#, 120 pts)
   3 Destroyers, 120 pts = 3 * 40

My original army list contained a unit of Scarabs, but at this point level there are barely any tanks to eat, and they just get shot at. I was given some wraiths the other day, so I though I’d give them a whirl! S6 with 4 attacks on the charge can’t be too bad at this point level! And the Destroyers will hurt pretty much anything.
