Lizardmen
Lots of brightly coloured orange Lizardmen I painted for several different commissions. There are currently three of these orange Lizardmen armies in the world which means I have painted more skinks than I want to count.
The scheme is fairly simple but striking at the same time, using the primary orange colour which is darkened depending on the “hardness” or “age” of the part, so flesh was the brightest orange whereas scales were a bit darker and shields even darker. Green was used a spot colour for feathers and other items such as the crystals on the Bastiladon.
